Random Trivia!

Heads up: Most the stuff here contains no spoilers, and usually has to do with unimportant fun facts or older drafts.

Section One, old draft stuff.

1. In the original draft of the whole series, Sasha was the main character and only perspective.
2. Jeffery was going to be a good guy.
3. In both the drafts where Sasha was the main character, Soot died to a snapdragon when the facility shut down, and in the second was killed by her when he stabbed Jeffery.
4. Sasha's original name was Stella.
5. Blair was the main villain in the original draft.
6. Fork, a snapdragon, was going to replace the role of Cole.
7. The plot in the third draft originally was going to be Soot 'dimension hopping' in the hospital, his own delusion, before the actual plot was revealed slowly.
8. Cyberants were able to take over the bodies of stuff it killed.
9. Aurther was going to replace Blair's role currently.
10. The series was going to be a animation and comic instead.
11. Cyberants originally had no physical form.
12. Sasha was, as stated in the first point, be the protagonist, with the story slowly revealing how much of an asshole she was.
13. Jeffery is around 40 years old, might be younger but I lost track of dates.
14. The story was going to take place in the 90s

Section 2: Character Trivia

1. Sasha has pupils, but drawings in the main story line (including soot’s perspective) lack it due to him hardly seeing Sasha as human/the stuff she has done being dehumanizing.
2. If Cole were to take off the gas mask, he would die.
3. Jeffery was Cole’s coworker before he was demoted of his role.
4. Soot hates sharks because the skin feels like sandpaper.
5. Jeffery was in the supervision and task force unit before his demotion.
6. Every character that has a mask has it for a different meaning. Blair’s is to signify the power in being anonymous, Cole’s signifies selflessness, and the CYBERANTs have them to signify dehumanization and unity. One character later has a mask, but it’ll spoil the plot.
7. Sasha can speak Portuguese.
8. Blair had three different names while making the character, including Jack, Cruz, and Matthew.
9. Sasha’s in full control she’s just an asshole.

Section 3: Writing Trivia

1. The different writing styles of the characters (Soot in poems/songs, Jeffery in journal-like entries, etc) are all mildly important for later on
2. Every character is written based off how they were in a dream.
3. The whole story was written in poem form originally.
