Teyuwasu (meaning big lizard, not to be confused with Megalosaurus) is a controversial genus of Ornithodiran from late Triassic Brazil, Known only from the thigh and shin of its right leg. Its type & only species is T. barberenai, & has in recent times been considered a synonym for Staurikosaurus Pricei (Staurikosaurus, meaning Southern Cross Lizard, & Pricei, in honor of Llewellyn Ivor Price)
