Tambatitanis restoration
"Tambaryu" (named after the place it was discovered) is the place holder name given to a Japanese sauropod dinosaur related to Mamenchisaurus. It lived 120 million years ago, during the Early Cretaceous period, and purportedly reached a length of 20 meters and weighed around 15 tons. The supposed binomial was "Tambaryu ryuukyaku" until the genus was described as Tambatitanis amicitiae.
