Surviving Earth is an upcoming 8-part paleo documentary that will air on NBC and stream on Peacock, being co-produced by Universal Television Alternative Studios and Loud Minds [1]. Working on the series is Loud Minds creative director Tim Haines, the creator of Walking with Dinosaurs. The series will consist of eight 1 hour long episodes, each of which will focus on Earth's extinction events and the life of prehistoric animals that lived during and after those times. Loud Minds will be partnering with Milk, a VFX studio, to create the series' visuals.[2]

The series is set to be released sometime in 2026.
