Shishugounykus ("Shishugou claw") is a genus of basal alvarezsaurian theropod from the Middle to Late Jurassic Shishugou Formation of Xinjiang, China. It is distinct due to its hands serving as a transitional form between the more typical theropod hands of earlier alvarezsaurs like Haplocheirus and the single-clawed hands of more advanced members of the family.
