Repenomamus is a species of mammals from Cretaceous China. Repenomamus as a genus contains two species; one is cat-sized Repenomamus robustus and the other almost badger-sized Repenomamus giganticus. Both species fossils found in China that date to the early Cretaceous period, about 125-123.2 million years ago. Indicating quite significant advancement for mamalians in the age of Dinosaurs.
