Inaccuracies and Speculative Information[]
- Protoceratops is stated to be the earliest species of the horned dinosaurs, when in reality it lived in the Late Cretaceous Period - long after the first true horned dinosaurs existed. In the same notion involving the creature, its eggs were claimed to be the first dinosaur eggs discovered. Later studies revealed these to actually be Oviraptor eggs.
- Although the program didn't directly say such, it implies that Ornitholestes is one of the first dinosaurs to exist, when in fact it lived during the Late Jurassic Period.
