Owenetta is extinct parareptile genus belonging to the procolophonomorph family Owenettidae, fossils found in South Africa's Karoo Basin group Beaufort formations. Most procolophonomorphs survive in the Late Triassic Colubrifer, but this genus lived across the Permian late Wujiaping order, Changxing order, as well as the earliest Triassic Indian bands.
