Osbornodon is an extinct genus of canid that lived in North America from the Oligocene to the Miocene. This genus was the last survivor of its subfamily known as Hesperocyoninae.
Size of each animal varied with each species with the earlier ones being about the size of a fox while the largest, O. friki, was the largest at about the size of a modern wolf.
