Odontominus (meaning "no tooth") was the earliest known indominitid dinosaur ever to be discovered. Its posture was most similar to that of a Schleromochlus, meaning that the two might be related.

Odontosaurus grew to about 20 centimeters long, 15 centimeters tall, and lived in Texas and Scotland approximately 225-223.33 million years ago in the Late Triassic period.
