Muttaburrasaurus: Life in Gondwana is an animated film released in Australia back in 1995, directed by Graham Binding & Norman Yeend, and created under "Film Australia".
Summery[]
The film begins 100 million years ago in Queensland, Australia. A young Muttaburrasaurus is exploring its environment while its parents are resting. As it does so, it travels over to a nearby coast side, but this catches the attention of a pterosaur, which viciously drives it off as it was close to the pterosaur's nest. After this, the Muttaburrasaurus travels along the beach, passing by a few more pterosaurs eating the carcass of a dead icthyosaur. Eventually it comes across a Plesiosaurus that's just finished laying her eggs. However, it too drives the Muttaburrasaurus off, making it go further inland as the Plesiosaurus ventures back out to sea. Within the nearby forest, it finds a small group of hypsilophodonts go by, one of which gets stuck by a large log. There it is found by a large Rapator appears and kills it. The Muttaburrasaurus runs away, the Rapator feeding off of the fresh kill. Luckily, that evening, the Muttaburrasaurus finds its herd and returns to its parents.
