A comparission of Mawsonia

Mawsonia was a species of large coelacanth from Egypt during the Middle Cretaceous period.

It was speculated to be a possible food source for Spinosaurus. It was the largest species of coelacanth ever discovered, up to 4 meters long. It was a potential predator; a dominant animal of its habitat; similiar to modern Coelacanth.
