Magyarosaurs was a titanosaurid sauropod from Hateg island that was the size of a horse. More precisely, because it was living on an island it was downsized by sauropod standards, being one-eighth the size of its closest relative Ampelosaurus.

Popular Culture

Magyarosaurus made an appearance in the last episode of Planet Dinosaur, where the young of this species were prey for Hatzegopteryx.
Also in the second episode of Dinosaur Planet, a Pyroraptor called "Pod" saw a herd of them.
