Liliensternus
Liliensternus-4
Name Liliensternus
Order Theropod
Period Late Triassic
Location Germany
Diet Meat
Size 6 meters

Liliensternus was a theropod that lived in Western Europe in the late Triassic. It was roughly six meters in length

Liliensternus was quite large for its time and would have hunted the larger prosauropods of the time. Recent information suggests it may have hunted in packs. This would make sense for taking down such large prey. Although it was one of the bigger predators of its time, it was lightly built. This means it could probably run quite fast.
