Lentiarenium is an extinct genus of early dugongid sea cow from the late Oligocene (Chattian) of Austria.
Classification[]
It was originally classified as a species of Halitherium, H. christolli, but was eventually recognized as generically distinct from the dugongid remains assigned to H. schinzii, and renamed Lentiarenium in 2016.
