Galvesaurus was a species of primitive sauropod from late Jurassic Spain. It was 45.9ft long (14m) and weighed 2 tons (4000 lbs). Two teams of paleontologists wound up describing this dinosaur's fossils with slightly different names at just about the same time, Galvesaurus and Galveosaurus. however Galvesaurus was used.
