The Euhelopodidae is a family of sauropods that lived in Asia from the Aptian to the Maastrichtian.

History[]

The Euhelopodidae was originally known as the Helopodidae until it was discovered that Helopus was taken by a bird. When this was discovered it was changed to the Euhelopodidae.

Relationships[]

It’s relationships has been problematic with some speculations toward the Mamenchisauridae. But this is completely dubious because there’s not enough evidence for this.
