Eucnemesaurus is an extinct genus of saurischian dinosaur from the Lower Elliot Formation of South Africa. The type species, Eucnemesaurus fortis, was named from a single maxilla. Many artists depict Eucnemesaurus as theropod in origin, but was later found to be a sauropodomorph.[1]
