Dinilysia is an extinct genus of snake from the Late Cretaceous (Coniacian) of South America. It comes from the family Diniysiidae.

- The Dinilysia was seen in Walking with Dinosaurs, where it was live acted by a boa constrictor “also called the red-tailed boa or the common boa” named Tony.
- A Dinilysia was going to appear in The Land Before Time, but it was cut in the storyboard stage.
