Darren William Naish (born 26 September 1975) is a British paleontologist, author and science communicator. He is best known as a scientist for identifying and describing dinosaurs and other Mesozoic reptiles, including Eotyrannus, Xenoposeidon, and azhdarchid pterosaurs. Much of his research focused on fossils from the Weldon Group on the Isle of Wight.
