A crocodile is a large reptillian animal that lived both in prehistoric times and in the present. They are often compared with Dinosaurs. crocodiles are also related to alligators. Crocodiles can grow to 21 feet the saltwater croc is the largest some up to 28 feet long and the smallest the dwaf croc only six feet long. The largest is the Australian saltwater crocodile.
