Carnivora, referred to as carnivorans, is an order of mammals that are predominantly carnivorous they have lived from the Eocene up to today.

Carnivorans are found on every continent but Antarctica.
Class[]
The Carnivora is divided into two groups the Feliformia which includes the cats. And the Caniformia which includes the dogs and dog like mammals. The Carnivora extends into lots of other animals families.
Evolution[]
The Carnivora appeared in the Eocene about 10 million years after the K-Pg extinction event.
