Carcharodontosaurids are generally large allosauroid theropods (With the exception of Carcharodontosaurids like Concavenator).

Biology[]

Mostly "huge", Carcharodontosaurids had several distinguished traits.

Most Carcharodontosaurids possessed slender teeth, suitable for slicing and gripping flesh. An example of a fairly unique Carcharodontosaurid would be Concavenator, which possessed a hump upon its back. Indentations in the arm may have suggested that Concavenator and (possibly) other Carcharodontosaurids possessed quill like feathers on the arm.
