Blikanasaurus cromptoni is a Primitive Sauropod from late Triassic South Africa. For a long time, it was thought to be a giant Prosauropod, but this form (known from a partial hind limb) seems to be one of the oldest Sauropods. It was 16.4 feet (5 meters) and weighed 1,000 lbs.
