For Jawas I’ve chosen Lystrosaurus, for R2 we have Minmi (suggested) and for Obi Wan we have Baryonyx

In facts he’ll be kinda the same but will have more Gryposuchus traits such as a tail, the body shape in general and the head

The arms aren’t connected to the body in my art style so that won’t be a problem. I just always wanted to make a Carnotaurus Maul, the dinosaur fits his personality very well in my opinion.

For Grievous, I already chose Gryposuchus because crocodiles show less emotion than dinosaurs and I think that kind of fits the fact that Greivous is almost completely a droid. It also fits the way the character looks way better than Theri besides the claws.

Too many Tyrannosaurids, and I was thinking Palps as Spino. I’m basing my dinosaurs on both personality and skills of the character but also on how well the name comes out

Maul is gonna be Darth Taul

Palpatine is gonna be Spinotine / Darth Spinous

About Han, idk, some people told me to make him a Pterosaurs for his flying skills so probably Hatz Solo

^^^ Chewbacca is a good choice, but I’m also considering other prehistoric animals and maybe a mammal would fit better but I’ll see. Jobaria is perfect, and for Obi-Wan I still have to think it through, Ornitho doesn’t really fit the character nor the “Ben” name but I’ll see
