One of the more underrated theropods of Jurassic China. The colors are based on the Mattel figure. The skull shape may be off, but, we don't have a skull for Xuanhanosaurus, so I used a mixture of the similarly-sized Gasosaurus (of which the skull is also guesswork) and basal tetanurans, primarily early allosaurs, as reference.
This one I colored with somewhat-recently-acquired Prismacolor pencils. While they work well with putting color down, they took away a lot of the shading detail (thankfully not scales, didn't add many this time). I might remake this species but use my primary (Crayola) pencils for the colors next time.
