I think the sauropod is probably Lusotitan instead of Lourinhasaurus, as that was confirmed as far back as the original press release. Worth noting that in Albertosaurus' first appearance it seems to be squaring up against something (I personally have a sneaking suspicion it MIGHT be Anchiceratops).

^^^^^^ They cloned Galveston island coyotes because they thought they were a population of red wolves. They're not red wolves, they're hybrids with a fair bit of red wolf DNA, but not enough to qualify them as that species. I'm pretty sure there are boatloads of actual red wolf genetic material, so a blunder like this is an awful look.

They're just grey wolves tweaked to express traits resembling those which, apparently, were present in dire wolves. I don't buy that for a second, tbh. Seems a bit strange that a dire wolf would look exactly like Ghost from Game of Thrones, and that G. R. R. Martin would be involved in the project. Bottom line is, there's no dire wolf genetic material in there whatsoever, and Colossal is only calling them "dire wolves" because they have some utterly bizarre takes on what constitutes a new species (phenotype is a terrible way of diagnosing species when genetic data is available to use). They've been torn apart on Reddit for how stupid those takes are, which should tell you all you need to know.

ETA: Furthermore, dire wolves aren't even in the genus Canis; they're (Aenocyon) the most basal members of Canina, which means that even African wild dogs are more closely related to grey wolves than they are.

I don't think you realise that people on a random dinosaur community (especially one full of minors) aren't exactly equipped to deal with this sort of thing. being thrust randomly into these situations can really screw people up, and I'm pretty sure I've told you that before, so you've either forgotten or are continuing to do it regardless. if it's the latter, I don't know what to tell you besides that your repeated bans are even more justified.

Gonna sift through and remove basically all of that because what the actual fuck, but just a quick note to anyone who might be reading this, please don't trauma-dump like that on a public wiki (especially one where a large portion of the user base is under 15)! A lot of people don't know how to react to any of this, and it can be very stressful. Not defending the shitposting that took place by any means, I recommend not doing that during a serious situation like this again either, but this whole incident really should not have happened.
