Just gotta figure out how to get the water out of him
Scrap the whole thing then lol, my mistake
Oh I see
So I brought my second BOTM figure (the Xenoceratops) and I am absolutely seething with it. Ok, so. First thing out of the box, the joints are all fused in place. Read the instructions and I decide to put it in hot water. Two things wrong with that. First of all, the figure is now covered in white patches from losing some of its paint, and second THE FIGURE IS NOW FULL OF WATER. I shake it around and I can hear water sloshing around inside. And finally no matter what I do, the tail won't pop in. I am very disappointed, and I expected more from Creative Beast's second, objectively better release.

@Gim-Pic Productions oh yeah I've done plenty. I've podted some here before and I'm definitely making more as Dinovember goes on. Though if you mean something like a commission then I don't, and probably won't ever lol
Filter Feeding Ankylosaur gang where you at
Yes that's supposed to be water it's standing in but I suck at water
@DeadEconomy iirc they're us only
@DankTorvosaurus the official website doesn't ship to where I live, and I haven't really tried Everything Dinosaur so I guess I'll use that from now on.
After more than a year of searching through the internet to get one (they're very hard to come across where I live), I did it. I got my first Beast of the Mesozoic, the Velociraptor Osmolskae Alpha. I'm very satisfied with him, he didn't have any of the usual stiff joints or other problems commonly reported with the Raptor Series figures. I love the details on the sculpt and the paintwork really helps bring them out. I tried to pose him somewhat similarly to the package art. It was somewhat difficult to figure out the stands and how to get him m to balance, but I'm guessing it's because I haven't really gotten used to this kind of figure style yet. Creative Beast Studio did a great job with him, all in n all he is a 4/5 star figure. Definitely going to get a friend for him in due time. Probably something from the Ceratopsian Series.
I remember that there was a period where all reconstructions of Ouranosaurus had its sail be more hump-like with more fat and soft tissue. However, I've noticed that they've recently reverted to the thin sail like in Spinosaurus. Is there a reason for this? Has the hump hypothesis been disproved?
The Xiphactinus was shown in promotional material
In season 1 it was the T.Rex whose head looks nothing like a T.Rex or any other Tyrannosaur. It has a very weird lower jaw and flaring nostrils, a feature only present in mammals.
Season 2 has the Shamosuchus that looks nothing like a Shamosuchus and the Xiphactinus that is missing entire bones from its head.
Edit: Also, Beelzebufo probably couldn't move its head like it does in Swamps. Most frogs can't.
This goes to show that it isn't the scientifically accurate godsend you all praise it to be. It irritates me how it prides itself in being the most up-to-date piece of paleomedia out there, yet it isn't truly accurate, or at least as accurate as it claims to be.
If this is Edmontosaurus
Then what is this?
I know but it really throws me off. It sticks out like a sore thumb between the rest
Like, look at this scene from the new trailer
The cgi is abhorrent. This feels like early 2000s walking with style. Everything else looks beautiful but this simple clip makes me lose a bit of hope.
This time I made an Udanoceratops
Vietnam could be Gigantopithecus
