Hey y’all! Here’s a custom Ark dossier that I wanted to make for a while, and uh, credit to @TheGeckoGamer for the idea and permission for this.
Common name: Quinkana
Species: Quinkana dolophonos(assassin)
Time: Cenozoic or something, idk
Diet: Meat
Tempermant: Uhh, hates apexes I guess
Wild:
Quinkana is an interesting creature, to say the least. Found in the swamps and redwoods of the Island, it seems that, at a glance, it would behave like a larger Kaprosuchus. That is a very wrong guess
Quinkana is much more interesting due to its venom, dubbed “Apex Venom”. This venom is dangerous, though not deadly, to most creatures. It will just drain them from stamina and make them easier to catch, but when used on an apex predator, being any animal that can have an “Alpha” variant, or Giganotosaurus, it is highly lethall
Domesticated:
When domesticated, Quinkana is a highly effective creature to deal with any rampaging apex. Quinkana is a highly mobile creature, making it an ideal companion to traverse the Island’s cave systems also.
GAMEPLAY:
Saddle unlock: somewhere between 70-90
Found: redwoods and swamps
Speed: Around Carno-Theri
Attacks: Bite, Tail Smack, Speed Boosting Lunge(increases speed by 20% for 20 seconds. Cooldown of 25 seconds)
Can jump!
Size: Bary
Base health: 750
Apex Venom:
When on an apex creature, it deals -5 health and -25 stamina per second, and it stacks, being able to go up to 10
Behavior thingy:
It won’t attack you unless you attack it first, or are nearby a tamed apex creature
Ask for pings and give suggestions if y’all want!

Species
First,Siamosaurus
Siamosaurus or Siamese Lizard is a large species of Spinosaurinae Spinosaurid from Thailand 135-120 Million Years ago(Hauterivian-Aptian).This species is known from a partial skull.
Fully grown this species would have been 10.5 Meters in Length and weigh 3 Tons.As much as 3 Gustave the Crocodiles and as long as 2 Great white Sharks.
Albertosaurus
Albertosaurus or Alberta Lizard is a large species of Albertonsaurine Tyrannosaur. It lived from 75-68 Million Yeats Ago(Campanian-Maastrichtian).Over 30 specimens are known from 2 Meter Juviniles to the largest known species.
Fully grown,Albertosaurus woudl have been 10 Meters long and 2.3 Tons.As long as 4 Lions and as heavy as a large White Rhinoceros.
Tankability
Siamosaurus was a large animal. At 10.5 Meters long length and 3 Tons it was quite the bulky animal. But compared to the similar sized Torvosaurus it was a ton lighter. It was built for speed. It’s skull was quite thin and it has a large sail. However it’s bones were quite sturdy and it would be hard to knock over.
Albertosaurus
It’s far lighter than Siamosaurus,it’s about half a ton heavier than most aniamls if similar length. It probably had a thick(ish) skin, coated with feathers. This animal had much thinner jaws and bones than tyrannosaurs like T-Rex and Daspletosaurus.
Who is better?
These animals are even.On one hand we have an animal with weak, light bones but thick skin
On the other hand we have a decently thick bones animal, probably with slick, thick skin but a massive weak spot.
My answer is a tie
Siamosaurus:1
Albertosaurus:1
IQ
Siamosaurus is a basil animal. The last Siamo went extinct 45 Million Years before the first Albertosaurus went extinct. It’s slimmer jaw wouldn’t have enough room for a large brain.
Albertosaurus is more advanced. It’s head was smaller than most but, close relatives such as T-Rex are shown to be quite intelligent.
Overall,this isn’t close,Albertosaurus wins intellect.
Siamosaurus:1
Albertosaurus:2
Power
Siamosaurus was very powerful. It’s far bulkier than Albertosaurus and nearly a ton heavier. It could use this to push around the animal. It probably has a strong bite, around a ton. It’s arms we’re definitely strong and could easily rip and tear the Albertosaurus
Albertosaurus
It’s jaws were far stronger, around 1.5-2 Tons.So far stronger. However,Siamosaurus has bulk to push around the Albertosaurus and arms taht are far stronger.
While it’s close,Siamosaurus wins this due to its size and arm strength.
Siamosaurus:2
Albertosaurus:2
Weaponry
Siamosaurus was the polar bear of Thailand,it had giant meat hooks for hands. It’s jaws had sharp, serrated teeth that curve backwards.
Albertosaurus didn’t have serrated teeth but had large, crushing teeth. But it is a giant head.
Because of the claws and size,Siamosaurus wins Weaponry.
Siamosaurus:3
Albertosaurus:2
Speed and Agility
Based on size,Siamosaurus was about 3 Meters at the hips. It’s long legs would suggest a long stride so fast Boi,about 25 Miles Per hour.As fast as a Lion.
Albertosaurus is built for speed, estimates of it put it at 35 Miles Per Hour.Yeah,it has a shorter hip height, but it’s thinner body and lighter weight let it go faster.
However,Siamosaurus probably had a long tail and could turn better
This is….
A tie,it’s hard cause Siamosaurus can turn and wins Agility while Albertosaurus has speed
Because of this,I believe it’s a tie
Siamosaurus:4
Albertosaurus:3
Battle
Siamosaurus eats the carcass of a Saurolophus. It’s hungry and won’t share. An Albertosaurus enters the scene. It spots the carcass and tries to scare the crouching Siamosaurus. Then the Siamosaursu stands up and shows how giant it is.Albertosaurus gets scared as the Siamosaurus bellows at it.However,Albertosaurus charges and rams into the Siamosaurus. The Siamosaurus stands and slashes at the Albertosaurus. He rams into the Albertosaurus and bites it’s neck.Albertosaurus screams ur let’s trashed like a ragdoll.Albertosaurus is pinned down but breaks Siamosaurus’s right arm.Siamosaurus screams as he bites down on Albertosaurus’s neck and crushes the windpipe with a stab from it’s claws.Albertosaurus screeches but it’s useless,he coughs up blood and falls over.Siamosaurus grow back to eating the Saurolophus.
Overall,Siamosaurus has size, agility and weaponry over Albertosaurus.Because of this,I’d say it wins 60% of the time

12's 2 cents was fun for me to do, so I decided to do this just because. The 2 contenders for this post as seen above are the legendary crocodile that stroke fear into Australian aboriginals, Quinkana vs the almighty saurosuchian, Saurosuchus.
I wonder how many of these will be made.....
First a look at Quinkana
Quinkana:
size: 9 meters long and possibly 1.5 m tall (unsure)
hunting method: land, chase predation
prey: mammals and other animals of any kind
speed: a very fast animal, likely tired prey out but most likely caught up to prey with ease
teeth: sharp and edged, great for slicing and dicing
Age of appearance: Pleistocene Australia
competitors: Megalania
Now we look at what matters most:
Offensive weaponry:
Sharp teeth, fast speed, claws and strong bite
Defensive weaponry:
Body plates like other crocodilians, speed
Now we look at the opponent
Saurosuchus:
Size: 9 meters long and possibly 1.5 meters tall (unsure)
Hunting method: terrestrial, (chase predation?)
Prey: Dycinodonts and early dinosaurs
Speed: moved at a pace due to its size, fast enough to catch up to some prey
Teeth: sharp and edged, ready to take out the dinosaurs
Competitors: early dinosaurs
Age of Appearance: Triassic Argentina
Offensive weaponry: Teeth, size and bite
Defensive weaponry: body playes like a crocodile
The speculative battle: Quinkana had never seen this place before. It spots an early dinosaur and rushes over. The dinosaur can't fight back in time and gets hunted down. As Quinkana gets ready to dine a guttural roar is heard. Quinkana looks behind itself to see Saurosuchus coming in at a pace. Quinkana charges, it's not letting its kill be taken by this thing! Saurosuchus gets ready to bite but notices that Quinkana wasn't charging head on, but to the side. Quinkana bites the side of Saurosuchus, Saurosuchus lifts itself up to stop Quinkana and the land predator steps back. Quinkana claws at the side of Saurosuchus and a small wound was made. Saurosuchus manages to get a bite on Quinkana and Quinkana tries to get Sauro off. Quintana also has a wound, near its neck instead of the side. Both look at eachother and charge head on, Sauro bites Quinkana in the same area as Quinkana bites and slashes. Once the 2 let ago after more of this combat, Saurosuchus roars once more but Quinkana isn't backing down anytime soon. Saurosuchus sees easier prey from afar and decides to drop the whole thing, easier prey is better than fighting this equally massive carnivore. A small mammal like reptile watches as Saurosuchus slowly leaves and Quinkana goes back to its lunch as if none of this happened.
Verdict: imo Quinkana would probably win 2 out of 3 battles
