Got out of bed just fine this morning, thanked Jacob for letting me crash at his place and headed off to get breakfast. I stopped at a good waffle place in the Asia sector when John came in to tell me something.
John: Welp, have some bad news for you. A lot of caretakers got some sort of sickness and had to leave. So that means you will have to substitute for a few creatures today. All I had to share with you, goodbye.
John then walked away while writing in his notebook. Well, shit. I already felt uneasy about having to deal with the Gigantoraptor today, and now I have to deal with MORE creatures? Eh, whatever. I'm certain the Thanatosdrakon during my Wednesday shift will be worse.
Jacob called all the caretakers to a meeting to decide who would substitute where. When he got to me, my picks were rather unfortunate.
Jacob: Alrighty, Bill's shift for the Gigantoraptor has been moved to Thursday and he is now working a water refill shift for the Borissiakia, a cleaning shift for the Procoptodon, and a feeding shift for the Arctocyon.
And so, I walked over to my first shift with the Borissiakia. Skye accompanied me, as she also got assigned to it. Our task was simple, refill the water in the Borissiakia pond. We did this quite easily.
UNTIL SOMETHING HAPPENED.
When I was trying to walk out of the enclosure, I ended up Bumping into one of the Borissiakia. It proceeded to swipe at my head, I proceeded to narrowly dodge the swipe. Me and Skye proceeded to book out of the enclosure after that.
Next up was the Procoptodon, except this time, Skye wasn't around to help me with cleaning the thing (I.e giving it a light hose to clean it off)
It was just me and the Roid Roo.
This thing was an absolute nightmare. It kept trying to kick and claw me in classic kangaroo fashion during the whole procedure. But nevertheless, I managed to finish the procedure. When I tried to leave, however, it still managed to hit me in the back, as you can imagine that felt:
After that was the lunch break, not much to say.
After that was the Arctocyon feeding. The Arctocyon's enclosure was behind glass but in a large area. There was also an area to toss food from. Patrick was with me during this, and he had a bucket full of rats on him.
The issue was, when the Arctocyon saw the bucket, they got riled up.
Me: Are you sure I will be ok?
Patrick: Don't worry, they don't bite!
One of the Arctocyon gave a menacing grin.
Me: Uhh... I think they do!
Patrick: Oh whatever! The animals I work with don't bite, so neither will they!
Me: (Whispering: Holy shit Jacob out of all the people who you could've chose to do this, you just HAD to choose me.)
Patrick: Toss a rat to them, gets em riled up and ready to eat!
I did as Patrick instructed me to do and chucked a rat into the Arctocyon enclosure, where one of the Arctocyon caught one of the rats in midair.
But then I ran into an issue!
You see, whatever idiot designed the fences here made them really weak and really short. I found that out when one of the Arctocyon that was reaching for the rat bucket accidently poked its head through the fence and pulled me into the enclosure.
Me: Uhh, Patrick! HELP!
The Arctocyon neared closer, and they were about to go in for the kill when, just in the nick of time...
Colton (With shock-pole): Scram you dirty ass vermin!
(Larry walks in)
Colton: Not yet boy... no shin-breaking yet.
(Jacob walks in)
Jacob: What's all the noise!
Patrick: The Arctocyon got super riled up, and one dragged bill in by accident.
Jacob: Are you ok?
Me: Yep, my foot is fine because thank God It's required to wear boots here.
Jacob: Patrick, can YOU feed them?
Patrick: Of course! (Whistles to the Arctocyon to sit, which they do).
Me: OH, COME ON! Why do they always listen to him!
Jacob: Alright, I think it's time for you to go back to the Bedrooms, it's getting dark and kinda cold.
Me: After today, FINE.WITH.ME.
I then walked out, ready to go to bed for the night. Then I saw one of the Megalosaurus's staring at me.
Welp, I don't think I'm gonna get a lot of sleep tonight.
And then, while I usually hate the bed's here, I fell asleep in a flash.

I tamed a procoptodon for the first time amd the first tamed procoptodon named is accole and it's a female procoptodon and i test accole out.
The Procoptodons favorite food are rare mushrooms which is the perferred food to tame a procoptodon, accole has this galactic white underbelly color,i go into accole's pouce with yitan and it was peaceful here in the procoptodon's pouce because i readed that female kangaroos have pouces to carry there joeys which are baby kangaroos.
