The group heads toward Mita's room before Utahraptor opens the door. The room is a mess. It looks as though it hasn't been cleaned in two months. And the detailed drawings of eyes on the walls with the words "HE WATCHES" also enhance the feeling. But there's no Mita.
Lisa: What!? What happened to her??!
Deviljho: What the fuck
Chameleos: Oh lord oh crap oh jeez
Yang: N-no...
Great Jagaras: Why...
Utahraptor heads to the middle of the room, where a book rests. It's labeled "Mita's Diary".
Utahraptor: Should we read this?
Gigantoraptor: Her diary? That's an invasion of privacy!
Deviljho: But we could know what happened to her. Let's read it.
Utahraptor opens up the diary and starts.

Like, there's another screen watching this. Anyway, I got a diary now! That's what I'm writing in. The people... and monsters... I've been placed with are cool. Chameleos: Nothing off so far...
Utahraptor: Next entry: We can't really do anything right now. No one's told us to press the buttons yet, so we just wait. Anyway, it's getting late, even though we can't see the outside since there's no windows, but I'm going to sleep now.
Allodesmus: Just skip to the stuff that's interesting
Utahraptor: It's not a story book you fucking bozo
Allodesmus: Jeez louise, lay off the simping

"He called himself Dundo".
Mita sits in her room, playing with the phone that was provided with her. She twists herself, bored, when she suddenly sees something staring at her.
Mita: What the fuck. Who are you?
Dundo: Name's Dundo. King God of Everything.
Mita: ...ok? What are you here for?
Dundo: Bored. I know everything about you. Your name's Mita, and you were from a game, and you could sense that there was a world outside of it. Anyway, I propose a deal for you.
Mita: What is it? And can you leave?
Dundo: Relax. The deal is you go and kill everyone here and move to go after the others and I don't do anything to you. Or, you could not agree and I haunt you for the fun of it!
Mita: Why should I kill everyone?
Dundo: Well then, you accepted the latter. Goodbye! I'll be in your nightmares~
Dundo suddenly disappears into thin air
Utahraptor: After that, I saw him in my dreams. He had this aura about him. I can still sense it! But it's not in a place I can fucking see him. It feels like I'm in the game again, feeling the gaze of the player. Feeling the constricting walls of a universe I can't escape. All the time.
Deinotherium: Oh no
Dimetrodon: Does it describe this "Dundo"?
Utahraptor: Nope. Next entry: I'm seeing hallucinations I think. I haven't left my room in three days. Whenever I open doors, I see him for a second. If I open something too fast, I see him. Even when I'm just staring at a wall, I see him laughing in my peripheral vision. I can't fucking deal with it. I've attacked my head in rage at not being able to do anything. I didn't actually bleed, just cut off hair

Gigantoraptor, Yang, Lisa, and Great Jagaras each softly gasp. Giganotosaurus whimpers.
Utahraptor: Next entry. There's a knife in my room. I think it was for bread that used to appear every day. I appreciate that.
Chameleos: No no no no no...
Utahraptor: Shush! I'm continuing...
"I've been eyeing it a lot lately."
Mita looks at a large knife that sits on a desk. The walls are covered in eyes now and scrawls of "HE WATCHES" and "NOWHERE IS SAFE". She looks at the knife again and lifts it up. She heads back to the shattered mirror, diary close by. She puts her knife by her throat. And stabs
Her chest, which is now bleeding. She takes the knife out, blood going down her sweater slightly. She dips her hand in the hole and covers a finger in blood, using the clean hand to go to her diary.
"N-Next entry. It's freeing..."
Mita uses her finger, covered in blood as she writes in her diary, a manic smile on her face as she does so.
"I can finally escape him. That bastard. I'm probably going to go to hell, but who knows? It'll be fun"
She giggles as the hole in her stomach continues to bleed out. Her face suddenly shifts, adopting a frown.
"But I never got to meet them. The player. In their world, I guess. It's sad. That's what I wanted to always do, right?"
She lowers down, a tear falling onto the page. And another. And another
"It's empty. My future. I can't go on. I'll never really meet them. Or anyone else. I'm going to die. It's scary. I'm afraid..."
She falls back onto the floor, knocking over a chair, and landing on her back. Tears stream down her face.
"Goodbye."
Utahraptor: E-entry over...
Gigantoraptor: B-but there's still more pages, right?
Everyone turns to look at her, as Utahraptor looks back at it

Utahraptor flips to the next page. Empty. Then the next one. Empty. He continues, until 5 pages later. Writing. He lets out a gasp.
Utahraptor: YES! I'm going to read it!
Yang: Do it! Now!
Oh hey! Narrator's back! Uh, flashback in a flashback is bold italics. Got it?
"I don't really know how I'm alive."
Mita writes in her diary.
"All I know is that I'm grateful. I suppose I can write what I remember..."
Mita gasps softly as she opens her eyes, somehow alive.
???: -se, she's waking up! We can go now
???-se: Alright.
She sees a person get up and head to a blue portal thing. She doesn't get a good look, mainly focused on her chest wound, which is healed now. She looked back up and gasped.
"That's when I saw it."
She saw a bird-like creature mixed with a lizard. It was covered in grey and black scales. Or feathers. She couldn't tell. What was striking about it was a section of light-blue, almost diamond-colored, on its face, in the cheek area. The creature gave her a nod, which she returned, before heading through the portal and disappearing.
Back in the sorta present, she sheds a tear, not from sadness, but from joy, as she continues writing.
"I'm not sure who those two were and why they saved me, but I'm grateful. But now I have made a decision."
Mita takes a deep breath as she pulls out a device. There's one game on it. Miside.
"I'm heading back into the game, and into the software. Maybe I'll find peace if I go back to my roots. I've somehow created a piece of machinery(totally not a hammer) that will destroy the device I'm in. It won't destroy me though."
She takes another deep breath.
"To Deviljho, Yang, Lisa, Chameleos, and Great Jagaras: Thank you. We'll meet again. Don't know where, don't know when. Oh, I know we'll meet again some sunny day."
Mita heads back into the device as she loads into MiSide. A hammer falls, dropping on the device, shattering it.
Utahraptor: And that's it.
Great Jagaras: A-at least she's alive.
Lisa: And she still cares about us.
Dimetrodon: Which means we all have to do something now.
Giganotosaurus: Find Dundo and stop him?
Dimetrodon: Uh, that too, but actually, I was thinking about continuing on to remember her.
Guadalupe Caracara: *Assorted Bird Noises*
Everyone else jumps in fright at the avian.
Gigantoraptor: D-dang it... I forgot you existed... Oh hey, is the battle on?
Everyone heads to watch the arena.

As Scutosaurus was doing such a good job at acting like he won, he was like a mime. Then the Mimetaster appeared
Lepidodendron acted like a mime, staying still and not doing anything. Then the Mimetaster appeared.
And won.

Gigantoraptor: W-whatever. We're done here. Now, we need to head to PALE3, if it exists, so we can get the hell out of here!
Giganotosaurus: Agreed.
Allodesmus turns to the residents of PALE2.
Allodesmus: You sure you don't want to come with?
Deviljho: Yep. Now, go on out there, escape, and kill this Dundo guy!
The main characters leave and head to PALE3.

Suchogorgon: This is boring...
Anomalocaris: J-just roaming around these yellow halls? I agree. Nothing interesting has came yet!
Megalosaurus doesn't say anything, just leading the duo. They reach an intersection as a monster suddenly comes out from a hall, screaming. Anomalocaris and Suchogorgon shriek and fall backwards as Megalosaurus smacks the monster into a wall with his tail, cracking the structure. It screams before running away. The theropod smirks slightly.
Megalosaurus: Come. We still need to try to find a better level. At least level 11, but we won't get there until we start moving!
The trio move forth, continuing to explore the Backrooms.
