Ornithocheirus

This depicts an Irritator challengeri using the stealth of the murky water to ambush their prey, a pair of Ornithocheirus simus. I don't feel the proudest of the art, mostly because they was a lot of other things I wanted to add but it just didn't work out.

Yes, I have bad handwriting.

I'm probably thinking Ornithocheirus was probably a tropeognathine anhanguerid rather than being in its own seperate family.

I mean, it has some features that are from Anhangueridae. Look at the page's image in the infobox. The now-lost fragmentary holotype (which probably didn't belong to the animal itself) of it looks like the distinctive crests found on most anhanguerids.

Unless if it's a targaryendraconian or something /j

A Spinosaurus competing with an Ornithocheirus for food. The fish is Mawsonia, a giant freshwater Coelacanth. I used species from both the Kem Kem Beds and the Bahariya Formation, so it’s kind of a mix of the two. If you look closely at the Spinosaurus, you’ll notice scars. I’m pretty sure a large animal like the Spinosaurus would’ve seen a lot of action in life, and therefore have plenty of scars, maybe some from catching the Coelacanth.

*They land*

Postman Postosuchus: Hey look, it's a cabin. But what's it doing here?

Ornithocheirus: Let's go investigate

Postman Postosuchus: Hello? Anyone here?

Ornithocheirus: I think whoever was here has left this place

Postman Postosuchus: Hey look it's a newspaper from today

Ornithocheirus: Whoever was here left very recently

Postman Postosuchus: It says that our Post-office was raided today?!

Ornithocheirus: What?!

Postman Postosuchus: It also says a helicopter was stolen

Ornithocheirus: We should deliver the package as soon as possible, so we can get back quickly

Postman Postosuchus: Agreed

During the journey someone throws a bomb at them

Postman Postosuchus: What the- Who did that!

Saurosuchus: Who do you think it was

Ornithocheirus: Oh not this clown again

Saurosuchus: Give me that package!

Postman Postosuchus: Why though?

Saurosuchus: Plot reasons

Hooded Sauropod: ....

(pretend they're in a helicopter)

Saurosuchus: Dang it! Propellers are broken! We need to land

Postman Postosuchus: Well that was... awfully easy

*some time passes*

Ornithocheirus: There it is Antarctica!

Postman Postosuchus: Finally!

Postman Postosuchus: Now to find whoever ordered this package

Ornithocheirus: Let's look at that cabin conveniently placed near where we landed

Postman Postosuchus: Hello? Is anyone in there?

???: Who goes there!

Postman Postosuchus: You have a package

???: Oh

A Cryolophosaurus comes out and takes the package

Cryolophosaurus: Now get lost *Shuts the door*

Ornithocheirus: A bit rude innit bruv?

Postman Postosuchus: Now than that's done with, let's go back

Saurosuchus: Not so fast!

Postman Postosuchus: Oh god not this again

Saurosuchus: Now give me the package or we'll have to do things the hard way

Ornithocheirus: The hard way please

Saurosuchus: Fine the-

Coelophysis: Don't worry, I'm here to save you all

Saurosuchus: As I was saying, prepare to di-

Coelophysis: Shut it mate, everyone's heard it a million times already

Saurosuchus: Forget it *ignites lightsaber*

After an epic fight Saurosuchus stabs Coelophysis who falls to the icy waters

Postman Postosuchus: NOOOOO! Not another generic death sequence!

Saurosuchus grabs hold of Postman Postosuchus and Ornithocheirus is held down by the hooded Sauropod

Saurosuchus: tell me where is the package

Postman Postosuchus: We delivered it

Saurosuchus: To who!

Postman Postosuchus: Are you blind? The only house in miles is that cabin a few meters away

Saurosuchus: I'll spare you this time for helping me out. Come on hooded Sauropod

The dino police arrive

Saurosuchus: What the Hell Creek are they doing here!

Hooded Sauropod: I gave them our location

Saurosuchus: You traitor! Where did you go?

Polacanthus: Freeze! You're under arrest for theft and murder!

Postman Postosuchus and Ornithocheirus return

Yamanasaurus: As you all are aware, Coelophysis has died

Ornithocheirus: I don't like where this is going

Yamanasaurus: Since I was the manager, I'll be replacing him as owner

Postman Postosuchus: And great, this fool is the owner

*meanwhile in Antarctica*

Cryolophosaurus: Now where to hide the Drippicus?
