Following up from my last post, this will be about a hypothetical scenario in which I would introduce another aquatic titan into the Sauria Island.

Megalodon Fludomitor was the focus of the last post, specifically, it focused on an individual named Forneus. It is a massive shark that is nearly unstoppable, but as with any ecosystem, it needs balance. Because if Megalodon Fludomitor is allowed to roam the seas without a rival, there will be a major imbalance.

Livyatan Melvillei was a gargantuan toothed whale that was believed to have clashed with Megalodon during the Cenozoic era. Like Megalodon, it too was an apex predator in its own right, possessing massive teeth on both the upper and lower jaw.

Here is my own version of this animal.

Meet Livyatan Ahabdaemonium. At 32 feet tall, 82 feet long, and weighing in at 100 tons, it is a perfect counter to Megalodon Fludomitor. It's name translates to "Ahab's Demon Leviathan" which is an obvious reference to the pale white whale from the Moby Dick novel.

Note: by the way, yeah, I changed the way in which this guy's name is spelled.

This particular individual is named Mehtig Deor, which in Old English, means "Mighty Beast". He is a 200 year old male, but his kind can live up to 400 years. He has a build similar to modern sperm whales but is slightly bulkier, he has a more prominent lower jaw, and a larger dorsal fin. His body is adorned with many injuries, starting from the head, he has a massive gash on the front, and a scar just below his eye, and he has round scars on the bottom of his jaw, caused by squids, he has another scar on his fin, and a hook attached to it, he has two spears on his back, and a Megalodon bite mark on the underside of his body. Though he's not colored here, he has red eyes and is the only known albino member of his species.

Mehtig's life is a long and hard one. He was born in 1824, back when whaling was very prominent. Though his kind are bigger than sperm whales and can survive more severe injuries, that didn't stop some of them from getting hunted. Mehtig was always singled out from his pod due to him being a young member of it, so many whalers tried to target him first. But at some point, his mother had enough of this and decided to fight back by sinking some of the ships that were targeting her son.

This inspired Mehtig to fight back himself. Since he was still young, he mainly targeted the smaller boats while his mother and some of his pod members attacked the bigger ships. Unfortunately, because his pod was more eager to battle against whalers, this led to the whalers becoming more determined to kill them.

Eventually, one day, Mehtig's mother was speared through her blowhole by a makeshift spear that was made specifically to latch onto blowholes. The more she tried to pull it out, the more damage it caused, which eventually led to her death. This event caused Mehtig to snap and despite being a teen at the time, he rammed the ship in an attempt to save his mother, but by the time he sunk the vessel, she was already dead.

This fueled his hatred against whalers. When he became an adult, he actively hunted down ships and didn't try to run. He almost treated it like a sport, and eventually, the rest of the pod started doing the same which led to many ships being sunk over the years. But as the years went by, Mehtig would sustain many injuries due to his frequent skirmishes with whalers.

At one point in his life, he was attacked by a lone Megalodon Fludomitor. He wasn't used to fighting a shark of this caliber so it was hard for him to fight back. But he used his head as a battering ram which was extremely effective against the shark, and eventually, he killed it by biting onto it's gills. But he sustained a permanent bite mark from the attack.

As for additional info, like modern sperm whales, they mainly hunt squids, and they also use echolocation in the form of clicks that have the potential to rupture a person's eardrums. They're also fairly fast for such large creatures and they're also extremely intelligent. And when I say intelligent, I'm not saying they're as smart as Megalodon Fludomitor, no, in fact, they're in a league of their own.

They far surpasses the Mega Sharks in terms of intelligence. Some researchers have even theorized that they could potentially be more intelligent than humans. They are very social animals and prefer living together, in fact, they're actually known to accept other whale species into their pods. Because there are actually three sperm whales in Mehtig's pod despite them not being the same species as he and his pod members. The parents also tend to raise their children up until they're adults, mainly because since they're social animals. They tend to bond a lot which is why it's hard for them to separate.

Mehtig is labeled by researchers as a bull due to how aggressive he is, but he's also considered a loner. The reason why is because despite living in a large pod, he tends to swim a few miles apart from said pod. He does this for two reasons, firstly, it's so that he can detect threats to his pod easier, and secondly, it's because he doesn't want to form a bond with anyone ever again because he fears he'll just be hurt again just like when his mother was killed.

That was until drones captured footage of a juvenile member of his species spending time with him. At first, researchers thought that this was his offspring, but they determined that Mehtig was probably too old to breed and that he probably

had a child in the past, but wherever that child is, is anyone's guess because they're not part of the pod.

This younger member of the pod, for some reason, likes to spend time with Mehtig mainly because he's the one who protects the pods from danger most of the time which is why the younger whale looks up to him. Mehtig would rather not be a role model to anyone because he wouldn't want any of his pod to go through the same hell that he had to experience. But, as the years went by, Mehtig has shown signs that he has started to become social again. He swims closer to his pod and regularly spends time with this younger individual.

Researchers who have been observing this younger individual have named him "Little Dickie", named after Moby Dick himself, despite not having the white whale's ghostly skin.

One day while out on a patrol on the coast of Florida, a group of divers dove in when they spotted Mehtig with Little Dickie. At first, Mehtig got defensive. Considering his experience with humans, he was prepared to defend Little Dickie at any cost. But when the humans got closer, they didn't approach Little Dickie, they approached Mehtig himself despite knowing that he's very aggressive.

Mehtig was cautious because he's never seen humans act like this. Normally, they'd spear him and try to kill him, but for some reason, these humans simply want to observe him. One of the divers gently stroked Mehtig's rough, battle hardened skin, and then, they did something he didn't know humanity had the capability to do.

More divers approached Mehtig, and they slowly removed the spears and the hook that have been stuck on him ever since the 1800s. Mehtig was pleasantly surprised, humanity was being kind to him? Little did Mehtig know, the world has changed drastically since the whaling days. Humans are more aware that animals like him do have feelings and they do get hurt emotionally, which is why almost every human who comes across Mehtig in modern day treats him with the rightful respect he deserves.

Ever since then, Mehtig has begun to tone down his hatred of humans. He still dislikes whalers who still roam around the seas in modern day, but for most of the people he encounters, he lets them swim with him as long as they don't hurt him. Sometimes, he even swims up to ships intentionally to greet the onlookers. And he can now distinguish good humans from bad ones just by looking at their body language.

Also, Livyatan Ahabdaemonium is known to leap out of the water when attacking certain prey like sharks. They're also known for warding off orcas who attack other whales like humpbacks. They also socialize with other marine mammals like dolphins. Their common name is "Titanfin Whale". In terms of bite, they very much are equal compared to rivals, the Mega Sharks. Their heads are also denser, they evolved this way specifically to enhance their ability to ram opponents.

By the way, for anyone wondering, Little Dickie's stripe patterns is what the natural appearance of these whales look like. They are mainly black in color with white stripes, but due to Mehtig's albinism, he's completely white.

Also, in this universe, he is what most people refer to as "Mocha Dick". Who was in fact a whale who did exist in real life and was the inspiration for Moby Dick. But in this universe, he was only a teen when people called him Mocha Dick. So yeah, he essentially is Moby Dick in this universe, just with a different name.

But Mehtig's hardships aren't over just yet...

- Forneus has been spotted in the Alaskan Coast. It seems that he's closing in on Mehtig Deor's pod.

- Is it possible that they might clash with each other?

- Considering Forneus' behavior, it's very likely. So, any orders?

- Let the pod take care of it. We know Forneus doesn't attack the adults. He only goes after the teens and the sub adults because they're smaller than him. And if he gets close to Mehtig, well, he's basically signing his own death warrant.

- You sure this is a good idea? I mean, we could lure him away. He is after all, one of the only living Megalodons we know of.

- Yeah? And he's also a threat. I don't care what the board says, I don't want that thing around. Mehtig, I can get behind, because he's smart like us. But Forneus, he's a killing machine. You can't stop him even if you beat him down to an inch of his life. He doesn't know how to back down. If he dies to Mehtig, it's his own damn fault.

Hello, welcome back to me looking at the creatures of Dino Dan, where we’ve reached the end of the road, as I complete the remaining creatures from Dino Dana. To summarize, I look at the design of each creature, along with any oother info shown, mentioned or implied and look at how accurate or inaccurate it is, followed by personal opinion based notes in the design itself.

Positives = Accuracies

IDK = Can’t find or tell weather that’s accurate/possible or not

Negatives = Inaccuracies

Titanis is kinda cool, I like the head shape, the feather crest and the colors are nice (though yellow/pink may not be best combo). With that said, I wish the legs were bigger and the arms highlight the worst of this series’s bizarre avoidance of proper wings

I LOVE this design so much! Gigantoraptor is one of my favorite dinosaurs and this design does the giant chicken justice. The dull red and white are such a great color scheme and all my favorite features like the neck, legs and size are still intact. And most importantly FINALLY A DESIGN WITH WINGS!!! I’m glad they picked this creature out of all to give the wings (even if that sucks for the rest). One of my favorite designs of this entire series probably. Too bad it only appears twice

Like Hippodraco, Europa is another wild-card inclusion, though not as exciting for me. The colors are still nice I suppose. Can’t really say much for or against it, but it’s inclusion is neat I guess.

Man, this Archaeopteryx is just a mess. It wasn’t until I heavily analyzed the design, but even when I first said eyes on this thing, I knew something was wrong. The ostrich head looks lame, the chest and stomach proportions are unfit for a bird, the posture is weird too and for the love of Raptor Jesus WHY does this BIRD have ARMS instead of WINGS!?!? It’s a shame, since the coloration actually looks pretty cool.

Also, I find it kinda dumb how there’s an entire episode dedicated to Dana struggling to figure if this creature is a dinosaur or a pterosaur, even though any paleo-fan/nerd, fresh out the metaphorical eggshell could tell that’s an Archaeopteryx on first try.

Livyatan is just fine, I think blue and white are a decent mix. It’s a big predatory whale, that’s kinda cool on its own. But I do really wish we saw a curved jaw design with a more unique head shape and the small teeth size is pretty jarring. The wrinkles too bring down the design a bit.

Also, I don’t care if it’s dumb, watching it and a submarine breach together was awesome.

Meganeura (and Arthorpleura) are weird in that I for some reason get excited about what’s just an upscaled arthropod (tho at least Arthro I prefer with the armored look). Meganeura is just a big dragonfly and that’s enough for me, somehow makes it a favorite for me and this design looks cool to me.

(Tho maybe that’s me giving into some of my edgelord tendencies, since arthropods are the definitive edgiest animals and better edgier when giant).

Also, I feel so bad for it in its 2nd appearance, where it only exists to get dunked on and eaten by various paraves.

Bronto is another fine one, but man that face is goofy as hell. Life on Our Planet Megacerops is a Chad, this guy is straight virgin material by comparison. Also, wish we saw more of it regardless.

Eoraptor as the 1st (proper) Triassic animal is decent. The vivid green colors really carry the design and it’s prolly the least obvious the recolors. If this were the only recollection, I’d be fine.

I honestly don’t care about ProCompy since it’s superficially the same thing to me regardless of design. Tho they could have tried just a little bit harder than Compy but duller and naked.

Honestly, do you care about these 2 sauropods? Are you a genuine fan of Bellu or Amygdala and upset they’re just recolors? Well I’m not and let’s not kid ourselves, neither are you. These 2 could have been 100% ace in the hole accurate design and I still wouldn’t care at all. Just another 2 random dinosaurs that blend into the crowd (my personal 2nd least favorite type of extinct animal).

Procerato and Eustrepto are such cool and unique creatures, so them being s***y recolors doesn’t need to be explained as to why that’s bad. Procerato definitely was worse off a color pattern that looks like literal ****, but Eustrepto’s colors would have actually looked pretty cool if given a proper model.

This was what I meant when I said this series treats the Triassic like s***.

Zuul is a surprising choice but a welcome one. I think the natural browny green colors looks better than Euoplo, really nice design, tho I do wish it were a bit thicker.

Gorgo has a great model, the plain brown with liver spots pattern are kinda dull and unpleasant. Gorgon from the WWD movie is always be best Gorgo.

Fun fact, the reason these 2 are as accurate as they are (I assume) is because the company who made the show, also made an animation for the Royal Ontario Museum (which was also visited in all 3 shows and the movie) to go along with the discovery and exhibit of Zuul. And since they had the Zuul and Gorgo lying about, they decided, may as well put them into the Dana Movie.

Too bad both make mere cameos, despite new additions usually getting at least one full episode about them.

Pachycephalosaurus, while an odd final species, looks really nice with the blue color and long build to it. Pachy boi looks simply majestic (say for the weird neck).

Stygi and Draco are here too and we’re totally children the whole time (even tho there’s no way it’s coloration would change that drastically IRL). If you wanna hear my thoughts about them just go read parts 1 and 3.

Also, it’s kinda sweet the Pachy trio are used to teach both dinosaur ontogeny and a family lesson about ignoring what’s different to focus on what’s in common.

Ok, so, welcome to my series. This is where i will craft prehistoric creatures to your request. Note that i will only craft these on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. I’ll try to be creative as possible.

This is a chonky Livyatan

The Florida Marine Market is one of many Illegal Markets in the world, this is an "independent" meaning they are only found in one location and do not have operations across the world. The Florida Marine Market is located in Southern Florida and is the largest dealer in prehistoric marine life. Although the market does not host official fights, clients are allowed to rent out water tanks to host fights.

The market has also bred three Spinoraptors, which are named after famous living paleontologists Naish, Horner, and Paul

Oh and they have megalodon

In another tank is the massive shonisaurus

The only Pterosaur the market houses is Pteranodon sternbergi

Not all the animals at the market are predators, some are graceful animals, like the Archelon

The final marine animal is Dunkleosteus, that massive placoderm fish

In the middle of the Megalodon habitat is an island containing Australovenators, guests view them through a dome

Oh and they have spinosaurus

Because JWE2 does not have Psittacosaurus and Livyatan, I was unable to add them here, but in the series they will be present

I'm gonna quickly address the elephant in the room over here: why am I using the 17 meter estimate rather than the 12 meter one? Two reasons:

1. The article that downsized Livyatan wasn't on an official paper, so it didn't count as an official downsize.

2. The holotype for Livyatan is still estimated to be 13-17 metres long.

The park has a new largest animal. This giant animal is not of the time of the dinosaurs. But is much more recent as it is one of the many prehistoric whales. Normally whales are not kept in captivity, but these whales were genetically made to be kept in captivity. At first, when they were young they were peaceful but as they grew up they turned aggressive toward humans quickly. There were a few people who thought it would be a good idea to try and train the whales but every time it ended poorly as most attempts resulted in getting dragged under and shaken then shredded to pieces in its jaws or swallowed whole as these whales are not that friendly. The only successful attempts were showing them what food they should and should not be eating. But due to the nature of these lessons to avoid them ending up more aggressive humans showed the food so to these whales humans were an item shown unintentionally as a result. These whales are unknown in their full-grown size due to not wanting to get into the water with them like when a teenage guest thought sneaking into their lagoon on a dare was a smart thing to do. The teenager was barely alive when he was dragged out after he got rammed into a wall. Luckily the whales were able to be distracted by releasing a live great white their main food source was enough to distract them. At this point, you may be wondering if they keep attacking guests and staff why are they still in the park? Well unlike most animals in the park that have staff and/or visitor fatalities, these animals are aquatic and unable to chase after someone or interact with them unless in the water or close to the water to get dragged under. You are pretty much safe unless you break aquatic animal handling rules in the park that have been put in place. The other question you may be asking is what whales are these as most whales are "peaceful"? Well, first whales are not always peaceful animals and second, these whales are Livyatan Melvillei a hyper-predatory sperm whale related to Acrophyseter that swam the same waters as megalodon. Here are some images of them. By the way, when they were young, they were found to not like eating and will ignore relatives of swordfish so we put some sailfish in with them to give the waters a less empty appearance. They eat great white sharks fed similar to how the mosasaurus was fed in the failed Jurassic World.

There are only like 2 or 3 whales that surpass 100 tons so I highly doubt Livyatan and Megalodon reached that size

1. Spinosaurus

2. Titanoboa

3. Livyatan

4. Carnotaurus

5. Utahraptor
