The preserved remains are absolutely unique imo
Alrighty, where do we start...
...
Aha! An announcement for all the staff up to clearance level 2! Let's take a listen.
Hello there, this is your head of security Ali Dagher speaking. Due to recent circumstances, the security ranking of some of our animals has changed. Along with this, we have also declared security ratings for some new animals Aswell.
CHANGES
Simoedosaurus
Changes: Blue to Yellow.
Reason: I'd say it has proven to be a big enough threat to guests.
Yutyrannus
Changes: Yellow to Blue
Reason: Pretty peaceful. Never thought I'd see an herbivorous Yutyrannus, but here we are.
Spinosaurus
Changes: Red to Purple
Reason: Do I even need to explain? With all the recent casualties and breakouts tied to these damn thing's names, it only makes sense.
NEW
Arthropleura
Yellow
Reason: We observed the Arthropleura rip a cow apart at an H&S industries island. Soul has even informed us of how dangerous this thing is. Thankfully, It's not very smart.
Cynognathus
FF
The first time this ranking has had to be used, oddly enough. FF stands for full focus because with this goddamn thing we need that. This thing is super smart, fast, strong and hunts in even more coordinated packs than it already did thanks to the Grey-Wolf DNA. Remember, FF on these things, okay?
Thank you for listening.
Huh... I overheard the mention of that big centipede from a conversation between that Soul guy and a head. Didn't know about the Cynognathus however. Also, I found this code in the Spinosaurus page; can you decipher it?
gFrgh Fdhvdu
Thank you aswell

Throughout the recent history of Pangea felids have been dominant in the niche of small-mid game hunters. There is a genus on every part of Pangea, there's even a leopard sized species in antarctica. However, before the felids were introduced to Pangea, another group held this niche firmly; the Anteosaurs. These therapsids filled in the niche that the felids now dominate over, with pack-hunting pursuit predators and huge ambush predators of large game. The only real competition they faced at first was the Gorgonopsids, but they weren't that much of a threat as a lot of species were around the same size.
The reign was not to last however, as when the Giver brought Cynognathians and Traversodontids to Pangea, it was a death sentence to many of the small pack hunting species. But the ambush predators were safe, right?
Enter the Loricatans, these predators filled in the ambush predator niche Aswell, and when a large one stole a kill, there wasn't much an Anteosaur could do about it.
Therapods weren't much of an issue, as many were pursuit predators. The smaller tyrannosauroids were, on the other hand, quite an issue.
Then there were the pack-hunting Mammals, such as hyaena's, wolfs and more who wiped out the remaining pack-hunting Anteosaurs ruthlessly.
The final nail in the coffin was with the Felids, who basically excelled in the niche the hug Anteosaurs held. And with that a majority of the remaining Anteosaurs went extinct. There is only one small species left, Titanophoneus potens. It is extinct in the wild but remains safe in the temples of the Nyakas.
The Anteosaurs changed little around their competition. So, the moral of the story? You must evolve around your competition... or go extinct not.

This is one of the hidden art for the cynognathus post
Cynognathus is a genus of large-bodies cynodontian therapsid that lived in the middle triassic.its known from a single species
C.crateronotus.cynognathus was about
1-2 m(3 ft 11 in)long predator closely related to mammals and had a southern hemisheric distribution.fossils havd so far been recovered from south america, argentina, antarctica and namibia
Cynognathus is s heavily built animal, and measured around 1.2 m(3 ft 11 in)in snout-to-vent body lenght.it had a particularly large head,up to 40 cm(1 ft)in length, with wide jaws and sharp teeth.its hindlimbs were placed directly beneath the body, but the forelimbs sprawled outwards in a more reptilian fashion.in form of double(erect/sprawling)gait it also found in some primitive mammals alive today
During 1888 and 1889,a british paleontologist harry govier seeley visited south africa.in 1889,near lady frere,at a location where earlier alfred brown had discovered a tooth, seeley excavated a skull and particular postcanial skull of a cynodontian.in 1894,seeley named the genus cynonathus with as type species C.crateronotus
Fossils have been found in the karoo, the puesto viejo formation, fremouw formation,in south america/lesotho,argentina and antarctica
Ok,hidden art time!
The cynodont page on this fandom says that cynodonts survived into the Cretaceous. Is that true Because I thought they survived until the middle Jurassic. Unless their descendants mammals are counted as cynodonts.
