I havent posted in five months, mostly because of my work, and for that, i'd like to actually contribute something to this website. I got inspiration from @Nonotbeast for this post. I'm going to format it like his TR incident posts, so credit goes to him for that. I'll list three things that have happened since I last posted in his "Incident" format.
Note: The events i'm about to describe arent apart of his series.
"Diving archangels"
Creatures: Different types of Azdarchids, such as Crydrakon, Quetzalcoatlus, Hatzegopteryx, Arambourgiania, and Thanatosdrakon.
Type: Attack on aircraft carrier Gerald R Ford
Deaths: Unknown, but at least over 1,000.
Injuries: Also unknown, but again, likely in the thousands.
News from the USA is very spotty, the USA has cut off all contact after an unknown group took over it's government. The group taking over the government caused a civil war between multible factions in the USA.
The United Nations established contact with a few of these factions, some of them decided to work with the UN, while some didnt. One of them that didnt work with the UN was the Alabama-Lousiana Commonwealth fighting against the Cheseapeake Federation, one that was working with the UN.
The United Nations couldnt spare any troops, we have, and still are, on an offensive against the dinosaurs/lights. The UN could supply the Cheseapeake Federation with weapons.
The Cheseapeake Federation had already taken over a few former US military instilations, namely Langley Airforce Base, and Norfolk Naval Base, giving it more air and naval power than a lot of it's neighbors. But, the Alabama-Lousiana commonwealth somehow got ahold of the USS Gerald R Ford, the largest, and most powerful aircraft carrier in the world.
The Alabama-Lousiana commonwealth used this aircraft carrier to launch F-18 fighter jets at the Chesapeake Federation, which was starting to take a major toll on the Chesapeake Federations military.
To fill the gaps that the attacks caused, somehow, the Cheseapeake Federation had managed to tame dinosaurs. It's unknown how they did it, as all attempts to tame them previously have failed.
The Chesapeake Federation realized that they had to sink the aircraft carrier, or it would do even more damage to what little military they had left, so they gathered what few aircraft squadrons they had left, and launched a suprise attack on the aircraft carrier while it was off the coast of Bermuda.
The aircraft in these squadrons were F-35's armed with anti ship missiles, and F-22's armed with air to air missiles. The F-22's would cover the F-35's while they attacked the aircraft carrier, These planes were also joined by the first Azdarchid Squadrons.
The Azdarchid squadrons were formed of tamed adzarchids, like Quetzalcoatlus, and Hatzegopteryx, as well as a few other species. People would litteraly ride on the backs of them, and the Azdarchids would carry small bombs, and drop them on the aircraft while they were still parked on the aircraft carriers flight deck.
If all went well, the Azdarchids would strike first, bombing the carriers flight deck with the bombs, and taking out a number of fighter jets. Then, the F-35's would hit the carrier with multible anti ship missiles, and if any of the carriers fighter jets managed to launch, the F-22's would take them down.
What im about to write is from one of the people that was on one of the Azdarchids, during the mission:
"We were at a very high altitude, above the clouds. I doubted the enemy could see us. Most of their radars probably were not functional. Even if they were, their radars wouldnt be able to see the fighter jets flying alongside us, and they wouldnt be concerned by a few pterosaurs either.
Then, our flight lead gave the signal. We dove, I felt the wind rush by my face, we must have looked like WW2 dive bombers. I could see that my Quetzalcoatlus, I named him Archie, by the way, was holding on to the two fifty pound bombs very tightly. I saw our flight lead give the signal to drop the bombs, and I tapped Archie twice which was the trick I trained him to do in order for him to drop the bombs. He dropped them, and hit two of the F-18's parked on the aircraft carriers flight deck. We had to be maybe 500 feet over the aircraft carrier when we did this.
Then, the aircraft carriers CIWS batteries started going off. They would have gone off sooner, but the crew was inexperienced, and it was a suprise attack. I witnessed one of my squad mates azdarchid get it's wing sliced off by one of the CIWS. He was riding on a Hatzegopteryx, and I witnessed as it let go of it's bombs after it was hit, it's bombs slammed into the flight deck, not really hitting anything in particular, and then it and it's rider fell into the ocean.
I quickly got Archie to fly away from the carrier, before we were killed by the CIWS. I wouldnt have to wait long to get to safety, though, as the F-35's accompanying us roared past us, and unleashed their anti ship missiles, which slammed into the ships hull. The CIWS started to try to shoot the F-35's down, as they were a much larger threat than the Azdarchids.
A few F-18's somehow managed to launch themselves off the carrier, and tried to intercept the F-35's. By now, the carrier was already doomed, and it would not have actually mattered if they shot down the F-35's, but they tried to do it anyway. But, before they did, I watched as the fighter ace Rugops one shot down the F-18's singlehandedly.
A few hours later, the Gerald R Ford sunk beneath the waves, a few of our ships moved in to save the sailors that were aboard the ship. Not many survived, though. Most were picked off by marine reptiles, like Plesiosaurs, or mosasaurs."

"Lights in the forest"
Creatures: Lighthounds
Type: Lighthounds attack my Leopard 2a4, as well as a few other tanks in Czechia.
Deaths: 4 tankers dead
Injuries: Tankers in a challenger 2 tank had their hearing damaged.
The United Nations has launched a counter offensive on the dinosaurs/lights. On the first day of this counter offensive, I remember seeing hundreds of Main Battle Tanks. The UN is working as one military force, not multible seperate countries working together, so theres multible different types of tanks working together. (which is an awful fucking descision, for multible reasons, I don't know who decided we should do that, but it does look cool when we all work together.)
Like I said, on the first day, I saw hundreds of main battle tanks, IFV's and other vehicles moving in a desert storm style mass offensive just east of Frankfurt. I saw British Challenger Twos and FV105 Warriors, Italian Arietes and Dardos, French Leclercs, Polish M1A1 Abrams, Swedish Stridsvagn 122, tons of different countries were using Leopard 2a4's, Leopard 2a5's Leopard 2a6's, and even some russian tanks that were from post soviet states, and russian tank crews that had joined the UN after the russians started attacking their own civilians.
Anyways, this shows how many countries we were working with. The tank company im in contains tank crews from Germany (Where I come from) Poland, Sweden, and Czechia.
Anyways, the offensive started out with sucess, we managed to take back most of East Germany, and move into western poland, as well as take back all of Western Czechia, and Austria.
In this particular incident, that I was a part of, we were just north of the Slovakian city of Bratislava. Our tank company hadnt seen much action yet, the only thing we had done after the merging of the UN's militaries was attack a bunch of spinosaurs that were next to a river.
It was night time, and we were moving through a field, next to a wooded area. I am a crewmember of a Leopard 2a4, which a german tank. I was with a Challenger two, and two other Leopard 2a4's. We werent expecting to see anything, but one of the other german tanks commanders reported seeing something in the trees. I aimed my tanks gun in the direction they reported seeing it in, and I turned on the tanks thermals. Sure enough, something was there. I couldnt tell what it was.
I told my tanks commander about it, and he radioed to the other tanks that there was something in the trees. We turned our tanks turrets towards the trees, and tried to identify what it was. Our commander opened up their hatch, and looked outside. They said they saw a blue light coming from it, so we fired a few warning shots from our machine gun. Whatever it was started moving towards us, and that's when we realized that there was multible of them. One of them exited the treeline, which revealed that it was indeed a light hound.
The challenger 2 was the quickest to fire, it shot a sabot round. If you don't know what that is, a sabot is effectivley a depleted uranium or tungsten dart that is designed to penetrate as much armor as possible, while creating shrapnel inside the vehicle that it's shooting at. The sabot round tore through the light hounds neck, completely decapitating it. A few other light hounds exited the treeline, which we started shooting at.
The lighthounds were closing the distance between us very quickly, I managed to kill one of them, but then I witnessed one leap on top of the Leopard 2a4 next to us, and it started fucking clawing into it's top armor. The Leopard 2a4 has weak armor on it's roof, so it was easily able to get into the tank, and tore into it's crew. I turned our turret towards the light hound on top of the tank, and shot it with a HEAT round (HEAT stands for high explosive anti tank). This killed the lighthound, but when I turned the turret back around, there was two lighthounds surrounding the British Challenger 2.
I started firing the machine gun at them, while our tanks loader loaded a DM23 sabot round. (The best type of sabot round a leopard 2a4 can fire.) The other Leopard 2a4 rammed one of the lighthounds, while the Challenger 2 desperatley fought off the other lighthound, The other Leopard 2a4 managed to bring the other one down, but the Challenger 2's tracks were destroyed. The Challenger 2's armor was thicker, so the lighthound couldnt just tear through it's armor, so it just started pounding on it's roof armor with it's claws. This probably caused extremely loud noises within the challenger, which caused the crew of the tank to get bad hearing damage. It wasnt that bad, though. Our loader successfully loaded the DM23 round, and we blew that lightound off the tank.
We managed to take back Bratislava the following day, and the counteroffensive is still going suprisingly well.
