Foniaosreges panamensis (King Slayer of Panama)
Diet: Omnivore (Primarily Herbivorous)
Height: 1.6 metres (hip)
Length: 5.3 metres
Family: Ankylosauridae
Loniaosreges is a medium-sized genus of bipedal Ankylosaurid. It has also evolved convergent traits of derived Pachycephalosaurians, such as P. spinifer.
Loniaosreges has a thick skull of which they use to ram into opponents, often generating enough velocity to break bones.
Juveniles lack the thick domes of their parents, often relying on their thick club for fending off aggressors. Males can often find mates based on the length of their tail fans.
Loniaosreges are highly territorial, often swinging their heavy clubs at intruders, or ramming them with their head dome, in hopes of breaking the intruder's bones. It is estimated that they could sprint at a rate of 26 km/h, despite their significant bulk. This is thanks in part to their muscular legs. When at rest, they often fall to all fours.
While males appear with large dewlaps and longer skulls, females' skulls are shorter and more blunt, and they only hold a light blotch of yellow on their throat.
While primarily herbivorous, Loniaosreges commonly participate in omnivorous feeding, eating dead carcasses, which puts them in prime target range of Sapismorex.
