Gore is only allowed for anime characters and dinosaurs/prehistoric characters IF THEY ARE THE VICTIMIZER, NOT THE VICTIM.
Extant birds do not count as prehistoric or from dinosaur media.

Characters from almost anything are allowed, even Hasbeen Motel and Hernia Bass, if you really despise those characters that much

Characters from specific media might get special titles like "guest of honor" for Tyrant Universe characters. Some might even get more than one!
