It's been four years since the events of that quiet day, I was playing the first Jurassic World Evolution game, attempting to create a battle royale. I wasn't expecting how quickly it turned from there, long story short, Tsintaosaurus won, and outcome that should theoretically impossible, I'm still not sure what happened that day, but a lot has happened since then. Another person encountered the same mysterious happenings as I did but cranked up to an eleven, he even recorded it and posted it online, he goes by Mimikyutube or something. A second game came out a few months after that day and now four years later, a third as well, I decided to play Jurassic World Evolution 2 for one last time before the new one comes out... perhaps another Battle Royale?
For the first kill, the Majungasaurus bit down on the neck of the Yutyrannus and slammed it on the ground, a bit disappointing to loose Yutyrannus immediately but nothing out of the ordinary, perhaps things will go better this time around?
...They did not. A Moros intrepidus sneaked underneath the Wuerhosaurus and managed to tear the neck. What ever happened four years ago is happening again today, I didn't have anything better to do but, watch the fight
A Herrerasaurus jumped on the back of the Iguanodon and started tearing its flesh
That fight was immediately followed up by an Olorotitan trying to stomp on a Dryosaurus but failing and falling down a "cliff" I made
It soon became apparent things were more weirder this time, you see, I've built a lagoon, at first, I was expecting for both of them to have different winners due to the lack of interactions between lagoons and other things, but at this point I should know my expectations aren't going to make it, an Elasmosaurus breached out of the water but it landed on... well, land, where a Carnotaurus snatched up the struggling reptile
A more normal kill, the Allosaurus chomped down on the skull of the Concavenator
A poor little Minmi got grabbed and slammed on the ground while attempting to run away from a Suchomimus
Then came along the first aviary species interactions, a Maaradactylus was flying above the lagoon when a Kronosaurus jumped up and snatched it out of the sky
Another match up came along that people would consider funny, a Microceratus bit down on one of the fingers of the Scorpios rex and managed to run away, the finger was infected and resulted in the first hybrid death
Majungasaurus , the first killer of this game, accidentally fell in the lagoon and was dragged to the depths by a Shonisaurus
A Dreadnoughtus was drinking from a lagoon when suddenly an Ichthyosaurus came stabbed both of its eyes with its long jaw, the poor thing couldn't see where it was going and drowned in the lagoon
The Mosasaurus got beached, a Giganotosaurus came along and started eating it alive
