Look, i really like E. annectens, but i like the Para just a wee bit more even if if's the more generic answer. Though i'll say both of them are beaten by the ultimate goat, Shantungosaurus! (But yeah Lambeo is pretty underrated)

Para, because it's the first dino we know the sound of, and it has a cool crest.

I like Corythosaurus the most. So...

We don't really know the sound of the Para though, it's crest was a sound amplifier, it simply means the sounds it would have done on it's own would be far louder.
