Here is my take
While carcharodontosaurids had stronger arms than some carnivorous theropods,i dont think they wouldve used their arms to hunt since their main weapon was their jaws
I’m of the opinion that their hand would be useful for grappling
Answer C : They used it to Grab Carcasses to drag them away
Yes, in the way that they most likely used their arms and claws to grapple prey and get a better grip on larger prey like Sauropods.

I don't think it could hunt adults of larger species of sauropods but there were subadults and some species were middle sized
