Here's mine:
Rhamphorprion (beak saw)
A really odd anhanguerid pterosaur that has evolved to fully lose its teeth for its very derived saw-like crests on the tips of its jaws. They're big as a Quetzalcoatlus lawsoni, having a big wingspan too. What makes it truly strange is its lifestyle and biology.
Its wings, though they look like they can give it flight, is actually more less adapted for flight and is more so to help the animal swim through water. It's also capable of gliding, too, though they can only glide short distances.
Their eyes are no different. They're more placed in the front, and have, for some reason, two extra eyes on their sides. Don't ask why they got those.
The feet have evolved into powerful flippers, not only able to help it swim, but to help it laze onto land.
They're also far more robust compared to other anhanguerid, being tough as a Haztegopteryx.
While these creatures are sluggish and clumsy on land, they become alot more active and vicious when in the water.
These things can be found in snowy taigas and near the south poles. Most of the time, you'll see one hunting alone or in packs, and like pop-culture pterosaurs, it's far too aggressive. They've been known to attack threats by simply eating them alive, hunt in pack up to 100? Nope
500? Not that.
Up to 3000 individuals.
So, if someone's fishing in a taiga in Aurora, they'd better watch out if one of these things eat their would-be catches, or the fisher themselves.
