The largest reliable Hippo in the wild is 2660 Kgs and the often sourced 4500 Kg one is an obese captive

It would struggle with a Majungasaurus, much less ANY large Megatheropod

Mind you African Elephants and White Rhinos are consistently dominant over even bull Hippos on land

I knew I should've used Hippo Gorgops but it wouldn't do much since it only stops at Round 2 anyway.

That hippos getting wasted by everyone on that list. All those megatheropods are bigger than it, and can end it easily.

It certainly helps to have a vertical advantage. The hippo could only be able to reach the legs and head if they got close enough, so Siats could manage by chipping away. Probably something it did in hunts with chunky prey anyway.

If it was 2 hippos,it would be a different story

So 12 - 12.8 meters would be a very likely length estimation for an adult Sucho .

Now imagine White Rock Spino / Vectispinus; they said original femur is indeed comperable to Spinosaurus 13+ meters !
