I feel like the "Troodon will make it smart" is a weird look at it, especially since we don't have any proof it was any smarter than other troodontids or even other dinosaurs. Not sure what it could contribute that a dromaeosaurid couldn't besides a more gracile build.

If you wanted to use a dinosaur with significant intelligence, use a crow.

Is the Brain to body ratio actually accurate? Because if so then ig you could argue Troodon being one of the smarted dinosaurs.

It's generally predictive, but not definitive (from what I've heard). As such, tröodontids would certainly have been smart for a non-avian dinosaur, but not significantly compared to crows, whales, or even dogs.
