Speckles Jr. was a character who showed up in both Speckles movies and it seems like he was the main protagonist of the sequel. He is the youngest child of Speckles and was named after his father because of their similarities in terms of appearance.
Junior's design in this is much more in line with the designs of his parents in this universe, but since he's a kid, he's obviously going to have different features compared to an adult Tarbosaurus. His snout is not as sharp, he has bigger eyes, smaller teeth, and smaller spikes. But he does have his father's signature spots from which he got his name from. However, he got his eyes from his mother.
Personality wise, like the official Junior, this one isn't much of a fighter at first due to the trauma he experienced. First, he lost one of his brothers, then lost his grandmother and he was present to see both of them die which is why he's scared the same might happen to him. However, his older sister, Snow, tries to encourage him in anyway she can.
Speckles takes note of this and tries to train Junior on how to hunt. But since he is inexperienced and is still traumatized, he sometimes freezes up while Speckles is training him.
Speaking of Speckles, he's not as strict or as harsh as he was in the second movie and actually tries to understand what is wrong with his son to comfort him. Since Blue Eyes never died in this universe, Speckles wasn't as hardened as he was in the second movie. Sure, the loss of one of his other son and his mother were painful, but he managed to pull through in the end.
As the story progresses, Junior becomes braver throughout the story, and eventually during the final battle of The Legend of Speckles 2: Outlanders, he assists his father in dealing with the ravenous Saurophaganax, Skal.
