Probably Spinosaurids, since they were close to getting there

Now I would say megaraptorans because they had pretty long arms compared to most theropods, but they use those claws a lot so probably not.

I'd say early birds or microraptorians that didn't quite get flying down. I could see them walking on their hands while in the trees a little, but definitely not as a primary locomotion method.
