"This is approximately 5–7 million years before T. rex, which existed at the end of the Maastrichtian. T. mcraeensis was estimated at 12 metres (39 ft) long, which is similar to the size of an adult T. rex. The two are distinguished by characters of the skull."
-Wikipedia-
"The animal has been dubbed Tyrannosaurus mcraensis and grew to the same size as a T-Rex, about 12-metres (40ft) and weighing ten tons, and was roughly the same in proportions. However, the sister species is thought to have existed before the T-Rex and lived around seven million years earlier."
-The Telegraph-
From the studies I could find, T.Mcraensis had similar proportions to T.Rex, and generally grew to a similar size, with The One Described Specimen estimated to be around 11 - 12 Meters (Or 36 - 40 Ft) and 7 - 8+ Tons (Or 14,000 - 16,000+ Lbs), with Larger Specimens yet to be found estimated to be similar in size with some of the larger T.Rex specimens like Scotty.
Mcraeensis's exact body proportions are unknown since it is just skull fragments and a chevron
This is coming from the person who believes Nanuqsaurus is 9 meters even though it's just speculation
The Telegraph is neither a study nor a reliable source.
Ok.... Your Point?

Nanuqsaurus, tyrannosaur from northern Alaska. Lived 69 million years ago. Not nanotyrannus
ALSO, Well Mcraensis's Exact Proportions are technically unknown, BUT, From the fossils we do have, it is highly likely that it did have similar proportions to T.Rex, and grew to a similar size... ALSO Well it still was highly likely a rather robust and bulky animal, and could have been slightly more lanky then T.Rex but still being powerfully built and bulky.
@11duckhunt Sorry.... Misread....
Yeah, Nanuqsaurus was not exactly 9 Meters, at best was 7 Meters... BUT, it was a fairly heavy animal with the largest estimated to get around 1,600 Kg, or 3,520 Lbs/1.76 Tons.
The 9 meter theory came into existence when it was theorized that the holotype was a juvenile and it could get bigger then 6 meters
The biggest individual is estimated to be 7 meters
