To this day, it is unknown where the prehistoric creatures as well as the lights came from on that fateful day. All that is known is that it might have had to do with experiments going on within Italy.
Most of north America is completely lost, except for the islands in the Caribbean which is now known as the Caribbean Federation. If you are listening or seeing this transmission, and you are in the americas, go to the Caribbean Federation if possible. No where else is safe, including the UN occupied territores of Ecuador and Peru. Those areas are currently heavily contested.
In Africa, the UN has seen progress, and many battles have been won against the prehistoric creatures and lights. In europe, the front has been stabilized, but Poland and most of the balkans have been lost. Reports of lights and creatures in eastern germany have been confirmed.
Asia has mostly been stabalized, and the United Nations HQ has been moved to Sydney, Australia, since Oceania has been almost entirely unharmed by the invasion.

Head for areas occupied for the UN, there you can recieve food, water, shelter, and medical attention.
If you are in areas surrounding Mobile, Alabama, or anywhere near Russia, try to leave if you arent already effected with radiation sickness. If you are unaware, multible nuculear warheads were detonated inside russia, causing nuculear fallout to spread in surrounding areas. In Mobile, an ICBM was detonated over the city. It is unknown why this happened, but this has caused more fallout. If you are affected by radiation sickness, do not go near other people. This could spread the radiation within you. Do not attempt to go towards UN occupied areas. Wait until the sickness goes away, or until you die. If you do not wish to die due to the sickness, you may use other means to make sure you do not die due to the sickness.
If you come into contact with a dinosaur or any other prehistoric creature, do not interact with it. There have been unconfirmed reports of docile prehistoric species in north america, as well as even unconfirmed reports of dinosaurs being tamed, but these are unconfirmed. If the dinosaur sees you, try to find shelter. If it tries chasing you, try to climb up any high structure you can. If you cant, or it follows you up said structure, try to kick it or use any sort of weapon to get it off said structure and get it to fall. If you can't, then you may use other means to make sure you are not killed by the prehistoric animal.
If you come into contact with any sky lights, attempt to hide under any cover you can. They have thermal sight, so consider this when you hide. If you come into contact with any ground lights, then you may use other means to ensure you are not killed by the ground light.
Remember, humanity is not lost. We will continue fighting, and we will destory these vermin that have caused so much death and destruction to humanity.
