I actually have a Tim Haines connected universe theory it goes like this:
The first event on the timeline is the 2001 adaptation of the lost world, and the dinosaurs are there due to the anomalies , then the events of primeval happen, after that some group find a way to tap into the power of the anomalies without destroying the world in the form of prehistoric parks time portals this is then where the walking with series happens, after which they send the most qualified person to go to the past: Nigel Marvin as he already handled himself well enough with the giganotosaurus from primeval so they send him to Argentina (also for this idea to work, the second episode of chased by dinosaurs would come before the first)after this the giant claw and chased by sea monsters occur and Nigel gets an idea to instead go build a wildlife preserve for prehistoric life and prehistoric park happens.
