That looks like a hare or somehow reminded me of a chinese dragon more than anything a dilophosaurus represents (I will get to actual reasons why it is not accurate)

Its crests are too small, the shape of its head looks like more like a brachiosaurus so thats the explanation, I would draw worse than that but I am only using constructive critism
