Deltadromeus would probably have a larger skull - we literally do not know where it belongs, and it might as well be a tyrannosauroid depending on where Gualicho belongs. I’d assume Gualicho is a tyrannosauroid since Deltadromeus has occasionally been synonymized with Bahariasaurus and Bahariasaurus may be the largest megaraptoran (Megaraptora probably belongs in Tyrannosauroidea).

Like I said we don't know whether Deltadromeus is synonymous with Bahariasaurus or not, but Bahariasaurus is almost certainly a megaraptoran.

Bahariyasaurus is a coelurosauria, that's all.

That’s the most likely classification for sure but then within Coelurosauria it’s most likely to be a megaraptoran and Megaraptora is part of Tyrannosauroidea
